PrimeVortex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review submitted projects, refuse projects, remove content, or suspend services. This applies to any content that is:

• Illegal or fraudulent in nature
• Obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory
• In violation of intellectual property rights
• Encouraging religious, racial, or ethnic hatred

PrimeVortex may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

PrimeVortex may access, preserve, and disclose account information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce these Terms and resolve disputes
• Respond to customer support requests
• Protect users, clients, and public safety

PrimeVortex provides professional digital services including:

• Logo Design
• Website Design & Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Branding Solutions
• Related Creative Services

Clients may submit project requirements ("Creative Briefs"), request revisions ("Revision Briefs"), and receive deliverables ("Responses") from PrimeVortex team members.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, supplying reference materials where necessary, communicating deadlines, and reviewing project details before submission.

PrimeVortex reserves the right to reject incomplete or inappropriate project requests.

Upon delivery of a project, clients must review the delivered work promptly. Failure to communicate concerns within a reasonable timeframe may constitute acceptance of the work. Revision requests must clearly specify desired modifications.

PrimeVortex provides revision cycles according to the selected package. Revision requests should focus on improving the current design direction.

By the third revision cycle, requests should generally involve modifications to the approved concept rather than a complete redesign. PrimeVortex reserves the right to charge additional fees for major redesign requests that significantly depart from the approved direction.

Additional revision fees may apply after client approval.

PrimeVortex may offer service packages including but not limited to:

• Logo Startup Package
• Logo Classic Package
• Logo Premium Package
• Logo Unlimited Package

Package features, pricing, and deliverables may be updated periodically.

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees associated with selected services. Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit Cards and Debit Cards
• Online Payment Services
• Other approved payment methods

Receipts will be provided electronically. PrimeVortex reserves the right to modify pricing and service fees at any time.

To use PrimeVortex services, users may be required to create an account. Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and update information when necessary.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding usernames, passwords, and login credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

If unauthorized access occurs due to user negligence, the user agrees to cooperate with PrimeVortex in investigating the incident.

Clients retain ownership of content submitted to PrimeVortex. By submitting materials, clients grant PrimeVortex the rights necessary to process, review, and complete the requested services.

Clients grant PrimeVortex a limited license to use submitted materials solely for project execution, internal operations, archival purposes, and service fulfillment.

PrimeVortex follows commercially reasonable efforts to protect customer information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

Users acknowledge that PrimeVortex cannot guarantee protection against cyber attacks, data breaches, or unauthorized third-party access.

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and have authority to act on behalf of any organization represented. PrimeVortex reserves the right to reject registrations at its discretion.

Users may not engage in the following:

• Reverse engineer website software
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Distribute malware or spam users
• Interfere with website functionality
• Conduct security testing without authorization

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

PrimeVortex does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or services. The company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by server outages, internet disruptions, maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service providers.

By using PrimeVortex services, users consent to receive project updates, status notifications, customer support communications, service announcements, and promotional emails.

Users may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

PrimeVortex does not guarantee specific business outcomes, increased revenue, search engine rankings, or market success. All services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful use of images, photos, graphics, icons, logos, fonts, and media assets. PrimeVortex is not responsible for licensing costs associated with third-party materials unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeVortex shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from use of the Website or Services.
