Customer Satisfaction Commitment

PrimeVortex is committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

We offer an Unlimited Free Revision Policy that allows clients to request improvements and refinements to their original design brief through their account area at no additional cost.

Our team works closely with clients to ensure that final deliverables meet expectations and project requirements.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The design or deliverable must not have been used.
  • The design must not have been published on any website, social media platform, marketing material, or anywhere on the internet.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund period.

⚠ If a design has been used, published, distributed, or implemented in any form, the order will no longer qualify for a refund.

Refund Request Period

In case of dissatisfaction with any design service provided by PrimeVortex, clients may submit a refund request within five (5) days of the initial design delivery.

If no refund request is received within five (5) days of the initial design delivery, both parties will be deemed to have accepted and approved the delivered work.

Special Packages and Combo Packages follow the same refund policy as individual service packages.

Refund Schedule

Before Initial Design Delivery
100%

If a refund request is submitted before any design work is delivered, the client is eligible for a full refund.

Less 10% service and processing fee.

Within 48 Hours of Delivery
66%

If a refund request is submitted within 48 hours after the initial design delivery, a 66% refund is available.

Less 10% service and processing fee.

48 – 120 Hours After Delivery
33%

If a refund request is submitted between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, a 33% refund is available.

Less 10% service and processing fee.

After 120 Hours of Delivery
0%

Refund requests submitted after 120 hours from the initial design delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Request Review

All refund requests must be submitted directly to the PrimeVortex Support Department.

PrimeVortex reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving violations of the User Agreement, misuse of services, or other policy-related concerns.

Refund Processing

The request will be inspected and evaluated by our team.

The client will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the request.

The client will be informed whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved: The refund will be processed and funds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account for any pending transactions.

Contact your credit card provider — processing delays may apply.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced services are eligible for refunds.

Promotional, discounted, sale, special offer, or limited-time packages are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Design Replacement

PrimeVortex only provides replacements or exchanges when a delivered logo design is proven to be plagiarized or copied from publicly available sources on the internet.

If you believe a delivered design qualifies for replacement under this policy, please contact sales@primevortex.co. Our team will investigate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Policy Updates

PrimeVortex reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
